We use a recurring payment provider called GoCardless to take payments monthly via direct debit. It takes around two minutes maximum to set up online and once it’s set up you don’t need to do anything again.
We take our payments monthly in advance and as we work on monthly rolling contracts, you can cancel at any time with just 30 days notice. We ask for this notice as we’re often working a few weeks ahead on your content.
If you would rather pay by bank transfer or standing order then this can also be arranged. However, we have found almost all out clients find GoCardless the easiest of options and many have turned to it for their own business.
